<br />Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the affice of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 8, 2010, recorded as Instniment No. 0201006429, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Paints
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed af Trust
<br />abave nnentioned as follows:
<br />Suite No. One (1), of the Southwood Condominiurn Property Regime III in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trust�e, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to th� person or persans
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
