The principal siun and interest shall be <br />payable in accordance with and upon the tenns and conditions of said Note of even datc, and in any <br />event the entire principal balance due hereunder and any accrued interest shall be paid on January 1, <br />2026. All installment payments hereunder shall be applied lirst to the payment of interest <br />computed monthly on t11e unpaid balance, pursua�t to the Amortization Schedule, a copy of which <br />has been provided to each of the parties hereto, and rerza.ainder of each payment af each installment <br />ta be applied to principal.
