<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2008, executed by Hehnson, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company., as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Truste�, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200807125 at the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 18 day of August, 200$
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds af Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legaliy entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLANb, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2008, r�corded as
