C <br />2o�ao9s�o <br />("Buyers' Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into this Easement <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREF'OR�, IT IS AGREED by and between the parties as <br />follows: <br />1. A jaint driveway easement is hereby created for the <br />purpose of providing ingress and egress to and from Seller's <br />Property and Buyers' Property across and upon the portion of <br />Seller's Property and Buyers' Property consisting of the vacated <br />alley as described above. <br />2. Seller shall be responsible for maintaining in <br />passable condition free from obstruction �he portion af �he <br />alley owned by Seller, and Buyers shall be responsible for <br />maintaining in passable condition free from abstructian the <br />portion of the vacated alley owned by Buyers. <br />3.
