All lease rights under the Lease dated the 30th day of December, 1984, wherein <br />Jerry Meyer and Barbara Meyer and Meyer Feed & Supply are the Lessee and the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad, is the Lessor, and pertaining #o the personal property <br />situated on the following real estate: <br />Irregular tract located between NE Highway 2, and the Burlington Nprthern <br />Santa Fe Railroad tracks in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4NE1/4) af Section Twenty Four (24), Tawnship Twelve (12), Range <br />Twelve (12), Village af Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. (As shown on the <br />attached plat marked as Exhibit "A"). <br />B. All improvements on the above-described real estate including the 180' x 50' <br />Chief Metal Building loca#ed at 108 W. Hwy 2, Cairo, NE 68824. <br />C.
