<br />BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD COMFANY MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 94-105629,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by vittue of th�`�li�n-p�yment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 7b-1012.
<br />By viriue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
