If the Trustor or any other person obligated under th� debt secured by the <br />Deed of Trust has been a Chapter 13 bankruptcy debtor, and the note hold�r or its repres�ntative <br />has abtained relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. §362 in that p�rson's bankruptcy <br />proceeding, and thereafter that persan converted to a Chapter 7 and a discharge was granted to <br />that person, that persan will have no personal liability for th� above referenced debt.
