�r <br />201009613 <br />(D) "Trustae" is CENTRIS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION,343 N 114TH STREET <br />OMAHA, NE 68954 <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 13th, 209 <br />2010 . The Note states that Borrower owes Lender <br />THIRTY TWO 7HOUSAND AND NO/100 <br />Dollars (U.S. � 32AOO.OU ) plus interest. Borrower has pramised to pay this <br />debt in regular Peri�dic Payments and to pay the debt in full nat later than <br />January � st, 2029 • <br />(F) "Property" means the praperry that is described below under the heading "Transfer of <br />Rights in the Property.
