<br />Words used in multiple sections of this document are defined below and other words are defined in Sections 3, I 1,13,18, 20
<br />and 21. Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in tMs document are also provided in Section 1d.
<br />(A) "Security Instrument" rneans this document, which is dated December 17th 2010 , together with
<br />all Riders to this document.

<br />(� "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 17th � 2010 ,'T'he Note

<br />(G) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading `"Transfer of Rights in the Prnperty."
<br />(I� �°Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment charges and late charges due under the
<br />Note, and a11 sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest.
<br />(I) ��Riders" means all Riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by Borrower. `1'he following Riders are to be

<br />(.n "Applicable Law" means all controlling applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations, ordinances and

<br />(K) "Community Aasociation Dues, Fees, and Assessments" means all dues, fees, assessments and other char�es that are
<br />imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeawners association or similar orgamzation.
<br />(L) "Electronic Funds Tranafer" means any transfer af funds, pther than a transaction originated by check, draft, or similar
<br />paper instrument, which is initiated throu�h an electronic ternrinal, telephonic instrument, computer, or magnetic tape so as
<br />ta order, instruct, or authorize a fxnancial mstitution to debit qr credit an account. Such term includes, but is not lim�ted to,
<br />point-of-sale transfers, automated teller machine transactions, transfers initiated by telephone, wire transfers, and automated
<br />clearinghause transfers.
<br />(M) "Escrow Items" means those items that are described in Section 3.
<br />(N) "MiscellaneousPraceeds"meansanycnmpensation,settlement,awardofdamages,orprpceedspaidbyanythu'dparty
<br />(nther than insuranae prnceeds paid under the coverages described in Section 5) for: (i) damage to, or destruction o� the
<br />Property; (ii) condemnation or other taking af all or any part of the Properiy,(iii) conveyance �n lieu of condemnation; or
<br />(iv) misrepresentations o� ar amissions as to, the value ancUar condition ofthe Property.
<br />(0) °�Mortgage Insurance" means insurance protecting L,ender against the nonpayment of, or default on, the I.oan.
<br />(P) "Periodic Payment" means the regularly scheduled ampunt due for (i) principal and interest under the Note, plus (ii)
<br />any amounts under Section 3 af this Security Instrument.
