<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,

<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 11, 2010, and executed by Alvin Gosda and Cyndia Gosda,
<br />Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the

<br />County, Nebraska on March 15, 2Q1Q, as Instrum�nt No. 201001669, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has� received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to recanvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust abave mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter�SE1/4) af Section Twenty-one (21),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall Countj�, Nebraska, and
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), said paint being 338.90
<br />feet west af the southeast corner of said SE1/4; thence running westerly, along and upan the
<br />south line of said SE1/4, a distance of 613.63 feet; thence deflecting right 90°02'17" and running
<br />northerly, parallel with the east line of said SE1/4 a distance of 1,428.77 feet; thence deflectiny
<br />right 9p°19'19" and running easterly a distance of 613.64 feet ta a point, said point being 33$.91
<br />fe�t west of (as measured along and upon said previously described course) the east line of said
<br />SE1/�F; thence deflecting right $9°40'41" and running sautherly, parallel with the east line of said
<br />SE1/4, a distance of 1,424.91 feet to the paint of beginning.

<br />NOW THER�FORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
