<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed exe�uted by Larin R.
<br />Downing and Kay Downing, to Nebraska National Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />National Bank, the beneficiary named therein, dated September 12, 2001 and filed in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of: Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #02001-09513 on September 19,
<br />2001 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that his Deed of Re�onveyance 6e
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
