<br />You are hereby notified that Byron M. Levinson, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about January 11, 20Q7,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto First Tennessee Bank National Assoc., Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following-described real property;

<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained frorn Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />Bene�ciary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 19, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2p0'7-00476.
<br />On or about November 29, 2p10, Mortgags Electronic Registration Systems, Inc„ Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Midfirst Bank, a Federally Chartered Savings Association.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor T'rustee, pursuant ta a Substitution of
<br />Trustee �led for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Bene�ciary payments that were
<br />contractually due. _ ._.

<br />You are further noti�ed that if the default breach is not cured within the redemption timeframe allowed for
<br />under the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1001 ta §76-1018), the Beneficiary has elected to and does
