<br />7rustor presently assigns to Lender (also known as Seneficiary in this Deed of Trust) all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to all
<br />present and future leases af the Property and all Rents from the Property. In addition, Trustor grants tv Lender a Uniform Cvmmercial
<br />Code security interest in the Personal Property and Rents.

<br />Lender has made no representation to Trustpr abaut Borrpwer (including without limitation the creditworthiness of Borrower►.
<br />TRUSTOR'S WAIVERS. Trustor waives all rights pr dsfenses arising by reason pf any "one action" or "anti-deficiency" law, or any other
<br />Iaw which may prevent Lender from bringing any action against Trustor, including a claim for deficiency ta tha extent Lender is otherwise
<br />entitled to a claim for deficiency, bafore or after Lander's commencement or campletipn of any foreclosure action, either judicially or by
<br />exercise af a power af sale.
<br />PAYM�NT AND PERFORMANCE. Except as otherwise provided in this Deed of Trust, Borrower shall pay to Lender all Indebtedness
<br />secured by this Deed of Trust as it becomes due, and Borrower and Trustor shall perform all their respective obligations under the Note,
<br />this Deed of 7rust, and the Related pocuments.
