Attorney <br />(E) "Note" means the prornissory noCe signed by Borrower and dated D e c e m b e r 10 , 2 O 10 . <br />The Note states that Borrower owes J.ender ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOIJSANQ THREE <br />Hl1NDRED SEVENTY FIVE AND 00/1D0 Dallars <br />(U.S. $ 133 , 375 . 00 ) plus interest.
