<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ���
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 7, 2002, and executed by Chris A. Eberhardt and Jody L. �
<br />Eberhardt f/k/a Jody L. Henrichson, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named Ben�ficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recarded in the office of the
<br />Register af Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 13, 2002, as Instrument Na. 200208495,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said und�rsigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received fram Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed af
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and the West Fourteen (14) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty-one (51),
<br />Charles Wasmer's 3`� Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request ta reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such D�ed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />pers�ns legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
