<br />S. GR.ANTOR published the Natice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on December
<br />1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the North doors af the Hall County Courthouse, 111 W. 1 Street,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, which notice was published in the Grand Island Independent of
<br />Grand Xsland, Nebraska, once a week for five (5) cansecutive weeks, commencing on
<br />October 24, 1010, and ending Navember 17, 2010. The last publicatian of Natice was at
<br />least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, held an December 1, 2010, and said sale was
<br />not later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of Notice.
<br />6. GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at public auction on
<br />Decemb�r 1, 2010 at 10:0� a.m., �t the North Doors of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 W.
<br />1 Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. GR.A,NTOR accepted the bid af Cornerstone
<br />Bank, a N�braska Banking Corparation, in the sum of $75,000.00 as the highest bid upon
<br />said real praperty. GR.ANTOR has compiled with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§76-
<br />1001 through 76-1018, in the exercise of the sale af the r�al property described herein at the
<br />Trustee's Sale held on December 1, 2010.
