<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />FOURTEEN (14), 1N RUSSELL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISI.AND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under tl�e terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, BART
<br />M. STURDY, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §
<br />76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
