<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that on the � day of December, 2010, CitiMortgage, Inc., as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jesse L. Haines
<br />aka Jesse Hain�s and Shannon Haines, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being
<br />to obtain an accaunting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Jesse Haines and Shannon Haines,
<br />husband and wife, to First Annerican Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registratian Systerns, Inc., solely as nominee far CitiMortgage, lnc., Beneficiary, ta foreclase any interest
<br />in or lien upon the real estat� hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for
<br />the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfactian of the indebtedness secured by such
<br />deed of trust and to obtain othec equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated September 9, 200$ and
<br />was recorded on September 9, 2008, as Instrument number 0200807766 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the follawing described real estate
<br />sitttated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
