�O1Q0928Q <br />AMEN�MENTS TO DECLARATIQN <br />OF <br />• . r � : ► �P►I�I�ITIIilI�Ju� <br />THAT, WHEREAS, Jack Sample and Linda Sample husband and wife, are awners of <br />1736 Doreen Street and Norma Frost is the owner of 1734 Doreen Street ("Declarants"), which <br />are dedicated condominium units situated in the County of Hall, State ofi Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as Lot Twenty-Five (25), in West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Declarants desire to amend portians of the �riginal Declaration filed herein <br />on November 27, 2A00 as document # 0200010301. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Declarants da hereby publish and declare the following <br />amendments to the Declaration and By-Laws are herby adapted in accordance with the <br />provisions in the Nebraska Uniform Condaminium Act, §§ 76-825 to 76-894 and <br />the fallowing terms, covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, uses, limi#atians, and <br />obligatians shall be deemed to run with the land, and shall be a burden and a benefit to <br />Declarants, thei� successors and assigns, and every persan acquiring or owning an interest in <br />the Property and improvements, their grantees, successors, heirs, persanal representatives, <br />devisees and assigns. That portion of the original Declaration and Exhibits not amended <br />hereby shall remain in full farce and effect. <br />Amendments to Declaration: <br />9. (C) The water and sewer bill is separately metered between the two <br />condominium units and is separately billed. The autamatic sprinkler controls are under the <br />control af the own�r of 1736 Doreen St. The Qwner of 1736 Doreen St. shall accep# the input <br />of the owner of 1734 Doreen St. to determine sprinkler schedules and watering amounts. Each <br />condominium unit owner shall be respansible for payment af their own bill. The owners af 1736 <br />and 1734 Doreen will meet together to decide the appraximate additional cost of the <br />water/sewer bill for the underground sprinklers for the two condominium units and evenly split <br />the estimated cost of the water/sewer bill for the underground sprinklers. <br />15.(B) (ii) (c) <br />utility services for those utilities are separately met�red for the <br />Unit, it being understood that the sprinkler system is cantrolled <br />and paid for by the owners of 1736 Doreen; and maintenance and <br />repairs for the sprinkler system will be paid equally by the owners <br />
