201009279 <br />(C) "Lender"is EQUI7ABLE BANK <br />Lender is a 5avi ng5 Bank <br />organized and existing under the laws oF T H E S TAT E � F N E B RA S KA <br />Lender's address is 113-115 N LOCUST ST PO BOX 160 GRAND ISLAND NE 68802-0160 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrurnent. <br />(D) "Trustee"is EQIJITABLE BANK <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Barrower and dated DeCembel' 10 , 2010 . <br />The Note states that Borrow�r owes Lender 0 N E H U N D R E � T H 0 U 5 A N D A N b D p/ 10 0 <br />Dallars <br />(U. S. $ 100 , 000 . 00 ) plus interest. Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic <br />Payments and to pay the debt in full nat later than J a n u a ry 1 , 2 041 . <br />(F) "Property" meana the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property.
