<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corparation; as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 28, 2Q 1 p, executed by Dennis Bruns and Ann Bruns; Husband and
<br />Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the tuadersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 6, 2010,
<br />r�corded as Instrument No. 0201003066, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, �'ive Points Bank, as Trustee, has received fram Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as fallows:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), American Independence 5ubdivision, in the Ciry of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request ta reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accardance wi.th such request and the pravisions af such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thexeto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
