<br /> SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 5 fQ

<br /> 1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor 't'rustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by MICHAEL J MILBOURN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br /> BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, is named as
<br /> the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated APRIL 7, 2003,
<br /> and recorded APRIL 7, 2003 AND RE-RECORDED MAY 7, 2003, in the Office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200304117 AND RE-RECORDED
<br /> 200305722 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> executed by MICHAEL J MILBOURN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as tustor, to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br /> EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated. APRIL 7,
<br /> 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br /> Document No. 200304117 AND RE-RECORDED 200305722, has been paid, and the
<br /> Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br /> delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
