<br />Twelve Feet (12') of Lot Two (2), Block Seven (7), A� and Abbott's Addition, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in addition Co a vacated portion of Greenwich Street
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisians af such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as 'Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the esCate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
