<br />WHEREAS, by instrument dated July 31, 1970 and recorded August 5, 1970 @ Book 2Q �--
<br />of Miscellanous at Page 701 in the Record�r's Office of Hall County, Nebraska, Keith Hinkson, �
<br />a single person. conveyed unto Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company a Right-of-Way Grant �
<br />on, over, under, across and through the following-described lands situated in the County of Hall
<br />and State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />The West one-half (W1/2) of the Narthwest Quarter (NW1/�F) of Section Eleven (11),
<br />Tawnship Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West, of the 6 P.M., Hall Caunty, Nebraska.
<br />Said easement is for gas pipelines and appurt�nances thereta.
<br />WHEREAS, it has been requested that a portion of said right�af-way and easement b�
<br />quitclaimed to fre� said land from the encumbrance of said easem�nt.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SourceGas Distribution LI�C, a
<br />Colorado limited liability campany as successor ta Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Campany
<br />does hereby quftclaim unto the present grantors, their heirs and assigns, all of its right, title and
<br />interest acquired under the aforesaid right-af-way grant except to the fallowing-d�scrib�d land:
<br />A strip of land being 25 feet in width, 12.5 feet an either side of the following described
<br />c�nterline and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the north line of the Northwest 1/4 of said 5ection 11, Township 11
<br />North, Range 12 West, of the 6� P.M., said point being 100 feet east of the northwest corner of
<br />the Northwest !/4 af Section 11, Township 11 North, Range 12 West of the 6 P.M;
<br />Thence south, parallel to the west line of said Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, a distance af 1475
<br />fe�t to a point 10q fe�t east of said west line of the Northwest 1/4 of S�ctiart 11;
<br />Thence southwest, a distance of 253 feet, ta a point 53 feet east of said west line of the
<br />Northwest 1/4 of Section 11;
<br />Thence south, parallel ta said west lin� af the Northwest 1/4 of 5ection 11, a distance of 375
<br />feet to a point 53 east of said west line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11;
<br />Thence southeast, a distance of 2Q0 feet, to a point 63 feet east of said west line of the
<br />Northwest 1/4 of Section 11;
<br />Th�nce southwest, a distance of 75 feet to a point 51 feet east of said west lin� of the
<br />Northwest 1/4 of Section 11;
<br />Thence south, parallel to said west line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, a distance of 346
<br />feet to a paint 51 feet east of said west line of the Northw�st 1/4 of Section 11, also being on
<br />th� sauth line af said Narthwest 1/4 of Section 11 and the point of terminus.
