Friesen and Lori K. Friesen, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not <br />as tenants in comrnon, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deed of HALL, <br />Nebraska, on 9/1/2006 as instrument no. 0200607895 in Book xxx at Page xxx, of the Mortgage Records, which <br />Deed of Trust cnnveyed the following described real property, to wit: <br />915 South Sycamore Street <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />Lot Twenty-Seven (27), of Hawthorne Place, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust.
