<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI Q9-239 in the District Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., is the plaintiff, and Russell Gunn,
<br />Tammie Gunn, and General Collection Company, are the defendants, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />did obtain a Decree finding that there is due th� plaintiff the sum of Seventy-5ix Thousand
<br />One Hundred Seventy-Three Qollars and Thirty-Five C�nts (�76,173.35), plus interest,
<br />escrow advances, title search costs and costs af suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree tha# in default of the paymertt af
<br />the sum so faund due by the defendants, that the appointed Master Commissianer should
<br />cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according
<br />to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having be�n made therein, Jay B. Judds, Master
<br />Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order af 5ale to him duly
<br />dir�cted, did an September 21, 2010, inside the front door of the Hall Caunty Courthause,
<br />in the Gity vf Grand lsland, Hall Caunty, Nebraska, having first given due and legal
<br />notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for four
<br />cansecutiv� weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said Caunty af Hall,
<br />self said premises at public auctipn to CitiMortgage, Inc., for the sum af Sixty Thousand
<br />Three Hundred Dollars ($60,3QQ.Q0); and
