That Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on November 29, <br />2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of FIRST NATIONAL BANK <br />OF OMAHA in the sum of Forty One Thousar�d Six Hundred and 00/lOpths dollars <br />($41,600.00) as the highest bid upon said real property. Grantor complied with the <br />requirernents of the above-referenced Deed of Trust and the requirements of Nebraska <br />Statute § 76-1001 through § 76-1018 in the exercise of the sale of the real property <br />described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on November 29, 2010. <br />8.
