<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Mall �
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed af Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska �,
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of 7rust was recorded as Document #99-108139, at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 17 day of June, 1999, and
<br />NOW TH�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut warranty, ta the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />remain in full force and effect as to all r�al estate not herein reconveyed.
