<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Foints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated September 11, 2001, October 16, 2006, and June 1, 2010, executed by
<br />Colleen J. Carey, A Single Person; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 18, 2p01, recorded as Instrument No. p2p01094�6, and on Octaber 23,
<br />2006, recorded as Instrument No. 0200609403, and on June 4, 2010, recorded as Instrument No.
<br />0201003852, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLUHM SUBDIVISION LOCATED 1N THE EAST HAI�F OF THE NORTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (E1/2NE1/4) OF SECTION ONE (1), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (]0) WEST
<br />OF THE b P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AS SURV�YED, PLATTED AND RECORDED
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREF'ORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, do�s hereby reconvey, withaut warraniy, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
