<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated _ nbb , August 26, 2004, and executed by Phillip B.
<br />Sextro and Lois M. Sextro, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the o�ce of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska an �.:b September 7, 2p04, as
<br />Instrument No. .�lo � 200408892, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estat� described in the Deed af
<br />Trust above mentianed as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Ponderosa L.ake Estates Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request ta recanvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does her�by reconvey, without warranty, to the person ar
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
