<br />WHEREAS, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made amang, STEVE �
<br />.�OHNSON AND THERESA JUHNSON, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central Natianal
<br />Bank as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 6, 2003, and recorded on May 21, 2003, in the office �
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instniment Number 200306402 has been ^,

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, undex said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
