<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, MARK �
<br />ROZENDAL AND TERRA ROZENDAL, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National �
<br />Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 4, 2Q03, and recorded on G
<br />September 12, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 200312137 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested th.at all the praperty held by
<br />Central Natianal Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed af Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the persan or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
