<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed af Trust made among, JEFFREY L. �
<br />GREER, a single person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as V�
<br />Beneficiary, dated June 21, 2Q01, and recorded on June 29, 2001., in the office af the Register of �'
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Nurnber 200106329 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed af Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accardance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, C�ntral National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereta all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the abave described Deed of Trust in the follawing described property:
