Borrower shall not do, <br />nor allQw anyone e1Se tp dp, anythipg af'fectiqg tpe Properky (a� thal �5 4R v#olatian of any Environm�nial <br />Law, (b} which creates an Environmental Candition, or (c) wluch, due to �he presence, use, vr release of a <br />Hacardaus Sub�tance, c�eates a condition that adversely aE�fecls the value of the Prvperty. Tf Borrower learns, or is natitied <br />by any governmental nr regulatnry authnrity, or any private party, that any removal or ath�r remcdiatsnn <br />of any Hazardous Substance aE�'ecting Ihe Property is necessary, Borrower shall promp�ly take ali necessary <br />remedial actions in accard�nce with Environmental Law.
