<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Carparation, as Trustee, ��
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 9, 2010, and executed by Kevin J. Larsen and Anita M. �,
<br />Larsen, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on September 15, 2Q1Q, as Instrument No. 201006626, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Paints Bank, as Benefiiciary, written request to recanvey the real estate described in the Deed ofi
<br />Trust above mentianed as follows:
<br />Block Four (4), Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed af
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persans legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
