<br /> PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in consideration of One and 00/100ths Dollars ($1.00), and for
<br /> other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release the
<br /> real property herein described below from that certain Trust Deed dated October 21, 2008 executed by
<br /> Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, as Trustor to Wells Fargo Bank, National
<br /> Association, as Trustee and as Beneficiary, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Hall
<br /> County, State of Nebraska on October 24, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200808987. Said property to be
<br /> released described as follows:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a part of the Southeast Quarter (SEI/4),
<br /> a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), and a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), all being in Section
<br /> Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 601 P.M., Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter (NEI/4), thence running easterly, along and
<br /> upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NEI/4), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred
<br /> Thirty One and Fifty Nine Hundredths (1,131.59) feet to a point, said point being Forty (40.0)
<br /> feet west of (measured perpendicular to) the centerline of a north-south railroad spur track;
<br /> thence deflecting right 89'31'59" and running southerly, Forty (40.0) feet west of (measured
<br /> perpendicular to) and parallel with said centerline of the north-south railroad spur track and its southerly
<br /> prolongation, a distance of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Three and Forty Seven
<br /> Hundredths (4,723.47) feet to a point, said point being Forty (40.0) feet north of (measured
<br /> perpendicular to) the centerline of an east-west railroad spur track; thence deflecting right 90'00'40"
<br /> and running westerly, Forty (40.0) feet north of (measured perpendicular to) and parallel with said
<br /> centerline of the east-west railroad spur track, a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Three and Forty
<br /> Nine Hundredths (2,603.49) feet to a point on the centerline a 86' wide drainage easement;
<br /> thence deflecting right 9010'40" and running northerly, along and upon the centerline of said drainage
<br /> easement, a distance of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Four and Eight Hundredths (4.744.08) feet
<br /> to a point on the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NWI/4); thence deflecting right 9016'41", and
<br /> running easterly along and upon the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NWI/4) a distance of One
<br /> Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six and Thirty Six Hundredths (1,456.36) feet to the point of beginning
<br /> and containing 282.079 acres, more or less, of which, 2.674 acres, more or less, is presently occupied by
<br /> public road right of way.
<br /> And does hereby release and discharge so much of said Trust Deed as pertains to the above described
<br /> lands. Remaining land remains in full force and effect.
