Rev. Stat. § 76-201): <br />(Real Estate Described on Attached Exhibit A) <br />Grantpr acquired the Real Estate from the United States ofAmerica ("USA") pursuant ta: <br />(i) the Quitclaim Deed dated August 5, 2QQ$ and recorded with the Hall County Register af Deeds on <br />October 30, 2008 as Instrumetat No, p200809097; (ii) the Quitclaim Deed dated August 5, 2p0$ and <br />recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on Octaber 30, 200$ as Instrument <br />No. 0200809098; and (iii) the Quitclaim Deed dated August 5, 2U08 and recorded with the Hall <br />County Register af Deeds on October 30, 2p08 as Instrument No. 0200$09099 (the above-described <br />Quitclairn Deeds shall be collectively referred to herein as the "CHAAP I7eeds") and are <br />incorporated herein as though set forth verbatim. The CHAAP Deeds set forth certain notices nf <br />the conditian of the Real Estate (the "Environmental Disclosures") as well as reservations, <br />restrictions and easements, related to the environrnental condition a�the Real Estate (the <br />"Environmental Conditions"). Grantar conveys the Real Estate subject the Environmental <br />Disclosures and ttae Envirorunental Conditions and Grantee shall take possessian af the Real <br />Estate subject to thc Environmental Disclosures and Enviroxunental Conditions. Grantar further <br />discloses and this c�nv�yance is subject to the following: <br />a. The United States of America is a third party beneficiary of the <br />Environmental D.isclosures and Environmental Cpnditions; and <br />b.
