Young, a � <br />member af the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", �' <br />pursuant to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on Decernber 9, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 2003-15858 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Nice Homes, Tnc., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter <br />called "Grantee": <br />WHEREAS, on Septemb�r 10, 2010, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a <br />Notice of Default pursuant ta which notice was given to 7ohti R. Dalland and Marnie R. Dalland, <br />Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on December 9, 2003 <br />as Instrument No. 2003-15858, in the Mortgage Records in the of�ce of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as: <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 1, PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION TO THE CTTY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COLINTY, NEBRASKA. <br />that a breach af an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and <br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold prnperty to <br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds af <br />Hall County, Nebraska on Recoarded on September 13, 2p10, as Instrument # 201006563 of the <br />Miscellaneous records of said Caunty. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was th�reafter mailed to all parties entitled to z�otice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 75-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on October 1 S, 2010, Grantor caused to be published in <br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br />Natice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br />described property would be sold at public auctian to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Caurthause, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on November 23, 2010. Publication of such notice was rnade for five <br />consecutive weeks on October 15, 2010, October 22, 2010, October 29, 2010, November OS, <br />
