<br />WHEREAS, TME UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporatian, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2010, executed by Curtis R. Cellar and Richelle J.
<br />Cellar; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0201003163 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10'" day af May, 2Q10,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconv�y, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />Lot 5ix (6), Block Eight (8), St�rling Estates Subdivision, in the City af Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebtraska
<br />PROVID�D, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded May 1q, 2010, as Instrument
