<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE �RESENTS, that Deutsche Bank Natianal Trust
<br />Carnpany, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through
<br />Certificates, Series 2004-R9, under the pooling and servicing agreement dated September 1,
<br />2004, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
<br />for Ameriquest Martgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-
<br />R9, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned
<br />and transferred, and, by tkiese presents does grant, assign and transfer unto the said Deutsche

<br />A. Lothrop and Cindy S. Lothrop, Husband and Wife is Trustor and First American Title
<br />Tn,surance Company is Trustee, which Deed of Trust was dated July 13, 2004, and Recarded on
<br />July 20, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004071 �5, of the mortgage records �f Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Deed of Trust was assigned by Ameriquest Mortgage Company to Deutsche Bank
<br />National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed
<br />Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2pp4-R9, under the pooling and servicing agreement dated
<br />September 1, 2004, said assignrnent dated January 20, 2009 and recorded in the office of the
