<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the��'day of November, 2010, CitiMortgage, Inc., as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Caurt of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jared W. Church
<br />and Elaine M. Church, as the defendants, the object and prayer af such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Jared W. Church and Elaine M. Church, husband
<br />and wife, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, far the benefrt of Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for CitiMartgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien
<br />upon the real estate hereinafter described of the abave-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of
<br />the real estate hereinafter described far the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust
<br />and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated July 27, 2009 and was recorded on
<br />August 4, 2009, as Tnstrument nurnber 0200906460 in the Office of the Register af Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and conveycd to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Grand West Faurth Subdivision in the City af Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
