<br />WHEREAS� the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 20, 2010, executed by Robert W. Strong and Kaindra K. Strang,
<br />f/k/a Kindra K. Hays; Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office af the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 28, 2010, recarded as Instrwnent No. 0201000598, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Paints
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed af Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Black Six (6), in Country Club subdivision, in the City af Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all swms secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such D�ed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, daes hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trust�e hereunder.
