<br />JOHN S. SCHULTE and DIANNE L. SCHULTE, husband and wife, and CURT L.
<br />RATL(F'P, a sin�le person, and TIM C. PLATE, a single person, herein called Grantor, in

<br />the City of Grand Island; thence easterly along the southerly line of said Block
<br />Sixteen (16), Windalph's Addition, a distance of sixty six (66.0) feet to the
<br />southeast corner ofthe tract of'land described in Document 201007403 filed in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska; thence northerly along the
<br />easterly line of the said tract of land described in Docurnent 201007403, a
<br />distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence westerly and parallel with the southerly line
<br />of said Block Sixteen (16), Windolph's Addition, a distance oftwenty (20.0) feet;
<br />thence southerly and parallel with the westerly line of said Block Sixteen (16),
