<br />NE 68802, is hereby appain�ed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed

<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attarney, as Trustee, dated
<br />UCTOBER 19, 2001 and recorded OCTOBER 24, 2A01 in the Uffice of the Register of
<br />Deeds of x�LL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. �0011079� regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indehtedness secured by the Deed of Trust

<br />OCTOBER 19, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds af �iLL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 200��0743, has been paid, and the Benefciary has
<br />requested in writing that �his Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement belaw.
