Grantee represents under penalty 'of perjury that the Property has no physical conditians that will adversely affect Grantee's cantinued use of the Property or interfere with Grante�'s ability to maintain the payments referred to in Paragraph No. 2. 1 S. Costs and Expenses: All costs and expenses incurred by L�nder in connection with this Agreement, including recording fees, title examination, and attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Borrower and shall be secured by the Security Instrument, unless stipulated otherwise by Lender. 1 �. Miscellaneous a. Lender does not, by execution of this Agreement, waive any rights it rnay have against any person not a party to the Agreement. b. If any pravision in this Agreem�nt shall to any extent be determined by a court of law to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby, and shall continue in full force and effect to bind the parties. c. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deem�d an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. d. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State where the �'roperty is located. IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE SIGNING.
