Rauert on October 2, 2001, and recorded in the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 20011 p471 on October 16, 2001. The Warranty <br />Deed described in the preceding sentenc� conveyed the real property described herein subj ect <br />to a life estate in Fred E. Rauert. <br />Affiants further state that Fred E. Rauert died on February 23, 2010, ending his life <br />estate in the property as described below, to wit: <br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N'/2 NW'/4) of Sectian Twenty-One (21), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West af the 6 P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (Nl/z NW'/4), the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SEl/4 NWl/4) and the East Half cr�the Southwest Quarter <br />(E'/Z SW'/4), all in Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6`" P.M. in Hal1 County, Nebraska. <br />A copy of the death certificate of Fred E.
