<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed af Trust dated February 24, 2009 executed by John Michael Wanek and
<br />Bonna B Wanek, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #200901629, on the 5th day of March, 2009, and
<br />a Deed of Trust dated May 3, 2�07 executed by John Michael Wanek and Bonna B Wanek,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the o�ce of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />r�carded as dacument #2007�3837, on the 11 day of May, 20�7 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from �'ive
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), RIVERSIDE ESTATES UNIT II, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF LOT
<br />FORTY-NINE (49), RIVERSIDE ESTATE UNIT I, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to recanvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereta, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
