<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, �ive Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 7, 2009 executed by Stephen D Cain and Julie K Cain,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the affice of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #200903064, on the 27th day of April, 2009, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN KAY DEE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED ON PART
<br />OF THE SOUTHW�ST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4SW1/4) IN
<br />SECTION TWENTY-�NE (21), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE � P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
