<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the partial payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by NICKIE J. KALLOS, JR. also known as NICKIE JOHN KALLOS, JR., a single
<br />person, ta BRANDQN S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />COMPETITIVE M�RTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated October 29, 2007, and recorded October 29, 20�7, in the Office of the R�gister of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 200709265, the said Benefciary has requested
<br />in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payrnent in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersi�ned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, r�mis�,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitl�d thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust De�d in the following-described prernises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
