This Agreement is cffective as to any sum whose repayment is presently secured or which may in the future be secured by the Existing Security Instrument. B. Appointment of Substitute Truatce IfApp[tcable The Existing Security Instrument namcs N/A, as Trustoe and the 5ubordinating Lender as Beneficiary. The Existing Security Instrument provides that the Subordinating Lender may designate and appoint a subsdtute Trustee in place of any other trustao by an instrument recorded emong the appropriata land rocords. The Subordinating Lendor hereby removes N/A as Trustme and designates aad appoints N/A as substitute Trustae with the same powers and duties as were odginally vestcd in thc Original Trustee under tha Existing Security Instrument. C. Generxl Terma And Coadition� Binding Efiect — Thi� Agreement shal! be binding upon and iaure to the benefit of the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto and all of thoso holding title under any of thern.
